A week to discover the tastes and flavours of Trentino with “Casolèt”, a typical cheese made in Val di Sole with raw ingredients and whole milk.

With the participation of local accommodation facilities, displaying this logo, each day of the week you can sample a local menu with at least one dish made with “Casolèt” cheese.

At special prices, you can also buy “a basket of cheese” in the dairies of the valley as well as participate in a rich program during the week that includes visits to local barns and dairies (in Italian) in addition to folk and culinary festivals in the town squares.
